Called back and another request put on hold waited 7 minutes same operator Home depot how may I help you. Me just waiting for someone in that department. Ok please hold , a few minutes later I think they are on lunch maybe I can find it for you. I tell her what it is, no we don’t have those in store. Online shows they have it so Idk"

"I'm a 60 year old senior citizen black native American and usually get poor service I only go there if I have to. I went there to buy a washer dryer and fridge they dogged me I went to lowes across the street spent 3 thousand cash on those. The store manager came down and thanked me. Home Depot hates its black customers thinking every black person is out to steal. My neighbor applied at home depot and they did not hire him and he was qualified. He is black. Lowes don't hire black people too so the results people have to eat."

"Horrible customer service, waited almost an hour for someone to assist in unlocking the tools for me. I'm a business customer and usually place orders online but needed this item quicker and they had it in stock. Went and asked several people for assistance or to see if they could get someone to help and got no help and no tools. Had to go to Lowes across the street where someone helped me out quickly. I think I'll be purchasing from them going forward."

"YOU GUYS NEED A BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE. I came to rent a machine to work on my house, and the girl that help me never explained anything about the machine, when to return it or stuff like that. She look like she didn’t wanted to be there. You guys need to hire people with good attitude to help costumers. Every single time I’m here in Stockton Home Depot it’s the same thing. Terrible costumer service! Other states I been in Home Depot, the people it’s very nice and they help you! Here in California all the people look stress and bad attitude to help people."

"Yesterday was a horrible and unbelievable experience with Ms Destiny. I'm a regular and I know Ms Destiny by face she is usually ok. But yesterday I bought 3 things and 1 was a door knob that was not ringing at the shelf price. I asked Ms Destiny for help on checking the price and she went and said to do it myself. That she does not work in that area. I ask her: I'm not denying I was upset. Me : Can you call someone please to do that . Or call the manager Very rudely ,, Ms Destiny: I'm not calling anyone. she opted to help another customer while she was making me wait because she felt she had the power to do that. I asked her 2 times,call someone please but she kept ignoring me. After that Im pretty sure she felt that she was wrong and she finally sank another coworker to help me. When she could be done that in the first place. The guy who helped me and Ms Destiny changed the price for the correct one. But no,, she wanted to be rude and beater and not helpful. I feel very sad for her, she probably was going through some life stuff just like any body. God bless her"
