"What ever happened to "The customer is always right?" I stopped buy to pick up 2 - 6" subs on my way home. First of all, the person who helped me asked me at least 3 times for each sandwich, "what do you want?" "Do you want it toasted?" "do you want cheese?" "What else do you want on your sandwich?" I knew she could speak English, but she was not getting my answers. The food looked ok, except for the spinach, which looked mangled. I asked about it and she said "that's the way it came in today." When I got to the cash register, I gave a coupon to the owner (?), and he wouldn't accept it. Said I had already used it. I told him it was new, and I just cut it out of the paper, and he called me a liar. I have never been treated like this by a vendor. He kept shoving the coupon back into my bag. I finally threw it on the floor behind the counter. Then he started forcing me to take the receipt, and I refused it. . . He was extremely rude. I threw the receipt back at him and left. I have never seen this team working in this location before. Not sure if he just bought the place, or if someone hired the whole family. Don't go there if you have a coupon, or would like to be treated like a customer. As a business owner myself, I can not understand this show of rudeness!!!"
