"It's Somewhat odd to find a restaurant supply store near a retail center, but newly opened Econ World trading is a large store that sells restaurant equipment top to bottom, front to back. The stuff they sell is for restaurant use, which means it is durable and practical but not fancy or aesthetically pleasing. If you're looking to use tools that the restaurants use, consider shopping at this store. 50 percent of their stuff might not be appropriate for the home but the other 50 percent might be great for the home cook who cooks often ."
