"Gilbert was recommended by to me by Appliance Parts Company in San Jose when I called to ask if they had a part for my 44 year old (yes, it was installed in 1978!) Maytag dryer and I am thankful for the recommendation. Gilbert is responsive, reasonably priced, he goes above and beyond what would be expected, he is a bona fide professional who really cares about his work and getting your appliance fixed. He picked up a bunch of parts for me from the parts store so I didn't have to go (btw it's way cheaper getting your parts at Appliance Parts Company than online) so that when he opened up the dryer he'd have all the parts needed to fix whatever was the problem (turned out to be the belt) and when the part he had didn't fit, he got the correct part the next day and came back very very late that night, after he had already worked 16 hours that day, to complete the job. Then he only charged me for the one part needed and his labor, and returned the unused parts. I really can't give enough compliments to Gilbert. He's a true blue great guy."
