"Loved our experience! When looking for a sweet treat found this gem. Went inside wasn’t expecting it to be a cute diner. The milkshakes and floats are scrumptious and the French toast is a must have. Can get a little pricey…but if you share food often then it is the perfect place any time of day!"

"We tried Palo Also Creamery for the first time a couple of days ago. It is a classic, period diner in one of Palo Alto's shopping districts, so parking can be a challenge, but it is worth it. We were a little apprehensive that it would be noisy, but it wasn't. The high ceilings probably help. We ordered sandwiches, roast beef, turkey club, and a Ruben. All were served to perfection with lightly toasted bread of our choosing and PLENTY of meet! The onion rings, french fries, and sweet potato fired were all hot and cooked crispy on the outside and just right on the inside. There was a lot of food! What's more, the service was not only fast, but very friendly. We felt well taken care of not only by our server, but other staff who did not hesitate to check in on us and help us with any trifle we needed. Honestly, this was some of the best service staff we've encountered in years! We didn't have room for desert, but they had an impressive selection of homemade cakes and pies that looked scrumptious! All in all, an A+ experience. We will be back!"

"Delicious chocolate pecan pie, coffee cake muffins, and corned beef hash. The apple pie was a little too sweet for my taste. Fun atmosphere, it's like an old fashioned diner."

"It’s a cute place with nice atmosphere, but my food wasn’t anything to rave about. I got a hotdog, which was unfortunately natural casing, which I don’t like. The menu didn’t mention that ahead of time either. The fries were ok. They look so good, but the taste isn’t as great as they look."
