"This place is legit authentic Mexican food! Chips, salsa, soup, guac, green chili verde. All amazing. Definitely worth the drive off of I-5 I'm traveling for work, and was really sad to leave some of my food behind as I had no where to keep it."

"Great service the food is delicious my favorite are camarones a la diabla (spicy shrimp), and the aguachiles verde and the aguachiles tropical. they serve a consumé de jaiva which is delicious when they bring out the chips and salsa! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the waiters are very friendly and the price is good and not super expensive I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to enjoy a good meal at a place that has a great atmosphere and great customer service and has delicious food!!!!"

"We have been to this restaurant twice already and both meals have been fantastic excellently done presentation was beautifully done I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our meal and the environment. we were fortunate enough to meet the owner of the restaurant whose name is Frank he is very personable and very polite person he told us that his wife is the cook and they plan to be in Los Banos at this location as long as possible they have no intentions to go anywhere I am so thankful for this I love this place I would recommend it to anyone at all it's easy to find it has plenty of parking in front of the place and also a large parking lot adjacent to it you have to go if you're anywhere close by and have even a little hunger you need to go here. Zafiro's is wheelchair accessible. There is karaoke on most Saturdays and we were told that they also have a Facebook page which they update on a regular basis to show all the events that are planned for the restaurant."
