"Most magical place, from when you enter and get greated and welcomed by the owner “Al” or his amazing employees…. This was truly a non expected healing experience, Al took the time to give me words of comfort and made me the most amazing high protein smoothie. From the ambience to amazing mix of art, crystals, books, etc…. I felt like I was at a healing spa, what’s started in tears ended with laughter and words can’t describe how grateful I am for this place. I highly recommend, dont be afraid to ask they are very knowledgeable and willing to educate!"

"Hidden gem that I’m sure will get more well deserved recognition!! I got the dream bowl and it was delicious. I love how everything was plant based and it’s always nice to be able to have different choices in sizes. The ratio of the toppings to the base were perfect and their granola was delicious. We got to meet the owners which is so personable and makes our first time experience all the more special. They’re very hands on and so kind. Can’t wait to be back!"

"This place was everything I was "dreaming" for and more! Black-owned, good and clean food and drink options, and a space for spiritual cleansing! The smoothie and fruit bowl I had were both delicious! Plus, I purchased a one-of-a-kind journal and crystal to center myself on my birthday weekend. The owner was so gracious to help me with my crystal selection, and even had time to snap a selfie with me too! Family owned as well, and giving back to their community. Love everything about this establishment! Will be going back soon!"
