"The work and technician were excellent, but they required a $95.00 service fee just to come out to check out the problem. Austin identified the problematic parts quickly, but they didn't have them in stock and so they had to be ordered. If it wasn't for the $95.00 fee, I might have been able to see if someone else could do it faster. Also, if I needed a new dryer, I would have lost the service fee. So I'm not that eager to recommend Fast and Easy Appliance Repair, in spite of their excellent work."
