"The zombie vs professional difference at Home Depot on Alameda Ave: “Plywood cutting machine is broken. But you could rent a Skilsaw from our tool dept and use that here to cut the plywood. Naw, sorry, we can't do that for you ourselves” - answer from Vic the first guy I spoke with. “Oh sure, lemme just make sure the machine is working.” - Malik, who then made 6 precisely measured cuts for me."
"Is there even management here? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashier was bent over at the register swiping social media the entire time I was at the register. Didn't even acknowledge me or make eye contact. Super rude. This is the third and last time I will have an experience like this here. What a disgraceful establishment in general. I will happily take my money to another hardware store from now on."
"Julio at the Pick Up desk was extremely professional considerate. I He helped me with my pick up. He provided a GREAT service. It is unusual to get good service at any Home Depot in general. Most workers are not friendly and do not care about customers. Julio was exception - one in 100's. So decided to take the time to write a review."
"Never again, 30 minute wait for 2 items. They refuse to use self checkout and it’s not properly staffed. All the customers are continually unsatisfied…just close your doors and do everyone a big favor."
"This is one of my favorite stores. For the most part, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good and I can find just about anything. I give 4 stars because the cashiers talk a lot to each other and sometimes they forget to acknowledging the customers."
