"Wonderful products, wonderful service! We got the SC8836BS range hood. The ventilation is strong; very easy to operate; minimalist design and good looking. I ordered it on a phone call. It took me only 15 minutes to consult, order, receive the quote per email, pay and make the installation appointment all together. Super efficient staff! The installation took less than an hour, including removal of the old hood, installing the new hood and a back splash and a short introduction of the product. Very professional and efficient team!"

She gave me exactly what I need which is a black stainless steel Zephyr AK6536BBS. The hood shipped directly to my house in 3 days. The price they offer is better than best buy or anywhere out there."

I worked with Zoe and she was not only able to get me the model I want, but also arranged free installation and even the metal board to cover up the hole left by the old microwave. The communication was excellent. I received calls before and during the installation day to keep me updated. The installer did a wonderful job putting the range hood up and even gave me a in-service on how to use it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product itself."
