"What happened to Old Navy? I have so many fond memories of shopping there with my family, every year when school started or every few years for warm, high quality but budget friendly coats, mittens and hats. I even had an Old Navy credit account at one point but going in here I realized everything I loved about it is gone. Everything is so expensive and does not appear to be the greatest quality I can find for much cheaper. Even Target has better clothing and their prices can be a little high but basically fair. This was disheartening. The layout of the store is confusing and claustrophobic like a maze and the registers are in the center and surrounded with no sight lines, makes me wonder how many people are shoplifting and if it's even worth getting caught when it's not worth buying. Couldn't even find a decent winter coat for my son, and what they had was ugly and expensive. Pass."

"This is the first time I've been back to an Old Navy it seems in decades. I used to love the one in Coddingtown. I forgot what comfortable clothes they have at great prices. I came in looking for some cotton pants and a top and got a few other things that are simple and will last a long time. Just like I remember the clothes fit perfect and feel SO comfortable on. The clerk was a super sweet girl who was helpful. The store has a bunch of clearance areas with good prices in the back, and there are SUPER CUTE section for kids and babies. ❤️"
