"Great work towards service, Mr. Diego, J and others were very good. Although, I had to visit twice within two hours, even though I asked on the phone before going to the store, as one of the staff forgot to order a part. Parts almost double the price compared to online, about 20-40% more compared to other local retailers. Fast register service. So a mixed experience on service, but they are trying. Good inventory, pricing compromised."
"Waited at counter for 10 minutes with zero customers or employees in the store. I called out for help to see if someone would answer. Finally, I gave up and walked outside to find 2 store employees and one other standing outside chatting. No apologies, just an attitude that their customers are the problem. Don’t go to this store for service because they don’t deserve or work for you."
