"Ordered a laptop battery from these guys on ebay. They sent me a laptop charger instead. Contacted ebay and they said that Bay Valley Parts didn't have the battery I needed and sent me a return label. Sent the charger back and still haven't heard from Bay Valley Parts. Ebay said that I'll be getting a refund in 6 days of my return being delivered back to BVP. Ebay also said that BVP should be contacting me soon, but that was last week and not a peep from BVP. No answer on their phone either. So I tried to leave a review on their ebay page but ebay considers them "Super Sllers" and will not allow neutral or negative reviews to be posted until 7 days after a purchase. Bay Valley Parts sells items on ebay and amazon, which makes me concerned, that they're just some sketchy dudes with a warehouse full of cheap junk that are trying to make some dirty money. Bay Valley Parts has remained unprofessional through this transaction and I hope more people don't get swindled by them."
