"Adam Tipton is an amazing insurance agent that gets things done. We were hit by the March 3, 2020 tornado in Wilson County. I filed a claim in the early morning after the storm and an adjustor came out a couple of days later. My husband called multiple times and finally got our itemized list of damages on March 20. We continued to call to try to find out when we would receive a check for the damages. We called multiple people and no one could give us an answer. Many said they would call back and never followed through.
