The only drawback is the weird location (corner of A St & Mission Blvd), so you may have to wait a bit if you’re going to go south on Mission, but you just need to be patient! Worth it!!"

"I got new tires from Costco 5 months ago and the rubber valve fell into the tire causing the tire to become a flat. Next Costco tire appointment was in a week and they don't pick up phone calls on Saturday AM. Desperate, I called BigOTires Hayward. I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who invited us to bring the tire/car. Williams, the store manager, took a look at my car and offered helpful options: tires should be insured by Costco so it was the best option vs he could order the new tire but it wouldn't arrive until Monday likely. He also agreed to look at the tire to see if he could inflate it enough for me to drive it to Costco safely. Alas, in less than 15 minutes, he was able to fix the tire and saved me a trip to Costco! Very grateful to this tire shop and will be coming to them for my car needs in the future!!"
