"You really have to read the fine print to know this is by appointment only. Driving all the way from downtown San Francisco to Burlingame to be turned away for lack of an appointment - is very disappointing. On top of it, when I called to talk to a manager, the same gentleman mentioned it's a pretty common thing. Not the kind of customer service you would expect for such good machines."
