"ordered a shift nob for my cuda. about almost 3 years ago now. ive since moved and have left countless emails. no answers no returns. cant get my money back now. had to call the number soo many times, got one answer, ONLY 1. i was told:"im not sure why it allowed you to purchase the part because the tooling is broken" would not allow me to have my money back, i personally hope they fail as a business. terrible company management."
