"Truthfully if I could put zero stars I would. I had filed a claim back in October because someone scratched up my car while parked while working a shift. I gave them all my information, from vehicle damage to police report everything and anything that should have been more than enough. I file the claim, and nobody gets back to me. Took me weeks just to get my claim adjusters number, which I’ve left numerous messages for, and still nothing. I call this place and leave a message at least once a week to figure out what’s simply going on, and I am put on hold for 30 minutes then directed to leave a message. I had even received a renewal letter in the mail, and NOTHING has been communicated to me about my claim. Why would I renew and pay you for insurance if your company is not doing its job? I’ve had a very poor experience with this company and wish I knew better when applying for insurance. I would definitely recommend taking your money elsewhere, even if they’re more expensive. The lower price is not worth the trouble and unprofessional service that this company has. Hopefully I get reached out to soon before further action is needed."
"My car was stolen on 12/26/23 and was recovered on 01/10/2024. On 01/11/2024 they had it towed to a place for storage while waiting on my car to be inspected for the damage. That took 3 weeks to complete! Now 4 weeks have passed and it’s still sitting at the same place. I was told it would be moved on 02/08/2024 and it wasn’t! This place is a joke! Spare yourself the headache of dealing with such a company. The BBB should shut them done. If I could I’d give 0 stars. Now 02/21/2024 and my car is still at the shop waiting for approval on a supplemental claim!!"
"They will assign you a claims adjuster and have you upload pictures of the damage, and then you will never hear from them again. I have been calling my assigned claims rep and emailing the claims department for over a month and no one has responded. Every time I call customer service there is a long hold until I can speak to someone. One day, after waiting for quite a while for someone to finally pick up, as soon as I said I could not reach the claims adjuster after weeks of trying, they disconnected the call. I had to call back and wait all over again for someone to tell me that someone would be contacting me ASAP. They never did. Two weeks ago, I did finally get one of the customer service reps to give me the supervisor's info, and it's just been the exact same experience."
"These folks are criminals! I was in an accident over 4 months ago and have been unable to reach anyone at all! I submitted a claim online immediately and never heard anything. After about a week I was able to get through to a customer service rep after many hours of waiting on hold. They gave me the number to the adjuster and told me I needed to call them for help. I have since never been able to reach the adjuster. I’ve spent many more hours trying to get back through to customer service but I never have luck! They’re quick to take your money but could care less about you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We all need to file a class action lawsuit."
"This is one of the worst car insurances to ever get a policy with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got into a car accident and filed a claim the same day. I called about 2 days after and was told it’ll only take 24 hours for my insurance agent to give me a call for the next steps. So I waited for a week on a call. No one called me. So I then called myself. I was given the lady’s number who was over my claim. I called her and she answered the first time and asked for my policy number and phone number. She then proceeded to tell me that she would give me a call back once she is finished with the “current call” she was in. So I waited another 2 weeks. No call back. Every time I’d call it’ll go straight too voicemail. So I then called the main company number, and asked when will I be getting contacted. I also implied too them that I was told I would’ve been for a call back weeks who and didn’t. The lady told me that my broker was on a vacation. And has been since November 1st. Which wasn’t true bc as I started before I called her a couple days after my car accident. She answered with her work phone number. She thing referred me to speak too the supervisor and put me on hold. After waiting 25 mins on hold the woman hung up the phone on me. Mind you I never been late on a payment and I was also referred too this lot"
