"One star for service in the "customer service/teturns" department. Five stars for the paint department and probably everyone else. The woman in customer service is a disservice to this company. She apparently does not like female contractors. Maybe she's intimidated, maybe she just hates other women. I don't know and I don't care. I stood in line patiently and the line was quickly moving. My turn arrived and she stepped away and grabbed a broom and went to sweep by the front door. Then she stopped and chatted with a coworker and this went on until a new worker stepped behind the counter. It was clear I was being deliberately ignored. I won't even get into how much money I spend at home depot a month.So here's a shout out out to he Hispanic lady(mid 30's with glasses,brown hair with highlights...if you hate on other women, get another job in a department where you don't have to have contact with them. Your disrespectful and rude."

"If I could rate this location 0 stars, I certainly would! Considering window installation or any other services in the Bay Area, SF, or East Bay? DON'T DO IT. We ordered new windows from Home Depot (HD) with installation included. One of the windows, an expensive Andersen window, was poorly installed and is leaking in the middle. We reported the leak in November 2023, and as of March 1, 2024, we still haven't received a resolution or service. It's been constant ignorance from them. We managed to get Home Depot to move after reporting the issue to the BBB, but their response has been painfully slow, and the local installation team management continues to ignore us. Spend your money elsewhere, not with people who couldn't care less about their reputation, or Home Depot's for that matter. And to top it off, I can't find a way to post a service review on Home Depot's windows installation website. There's no button available even when I'm logged in. So after spending approximately $35k at Home Depot, I can't even leave feedback."

"They do not accept credit card taps or Apple Pay, which is annoying. It makes spontaneous trips near impossible. Associates are super helpful though. Especially this one called Greg. Went out of his way to help me, appreciate it! Also the store has every home item you could think of!"

"This is unbelievable, but honestly on the Sunday going looking for parts for your dishwasher hose in the air van when I was at Lowe’s. They had nothing and zero help after spending half an hour there walked into particular Home Depot again only in this Home Depot how I sent such a knowledgeable billaware aware the parts are thank you"

"Just your ordinary Home Depot store. Nothing special other than it's a two story building with lots of items in stock. Tool away one star because they need to upgrade their POS systems to enable Android and Apple pay."
