"A big store for party items. This store is located near serramonte center in the second floor. Balloons, costumes, party items are available. The people are helping if you need help in finding something. I wish they had more cloth items. One thing noticed is most of them are use and throw items. I wish the store contains more reusable items as well."

"Store is usually a mess with nothing in order. But it does it’s job at providing your party essentials. Update: 07.06.18 100's of different types of balloons to choose from here. Huge store that has tons of party supplies/essentials for almost any type of party. The only drawback here is that the lines are extremely slow with only 1 or 2 cashiers working at any given time."
