"0 knowledge of tools. Walked in because I was trying to find a short screwdriver. Unfortunately, I stripped the screw and had to use a socket and a wrench to take the screw out. Only problem was, I had no clue what size the socket was. She was patient and let me trial and error a bunch of sockets until I found one that fit. Super great experience, highly recommended."
