"They don’t treat my fiance Marcia bloodgood properly I was the ONE that told her to quit that job and the manager was not professional. They let customers to be very rude to her and I will be contacting the corporate office to get them to take action on that. I’ve been knowing everything on what have been happening there. They don’t take shoplifting crimes very serious. There have been so many shoplifting incidents and it’s dangerous there. Very valuable items was stolen and all I know they only called police’s TWO times on that incidents. Manager there is poorly trained also more likely negligent with other employees and customers."

"Loved the store and assortment, but was disappointed that communication between associates was not successful. Cashiers were very cooperative, but the stock person was more than disrespectful to the customer, who was me. I believe he needs some help with training in order to provide acceptable customer service"

"Went to this store yesterday. The store was in HUGE disarray. Products on the weekly ad were not only not in stock but appears the store never carried them. After much frustration of not finding items I would normally find in other local Smart and Final locations I took my items to the front for purchase. There was a very long line with only one cashier. I was about ready to abandon the items in my basket and walk out. When I arrived at the front of the check out another employee spoke to the gal that was helping me and made reference to another customer who was mad. My response to witnessing this exchange was that I don't blame this person cause I was also mad and that I'm surprised more people weren't mad. When I said I couldn't find the things I was looking for (shredded cheese, tri tip etc) the employee's response was "I just work here - I don't do the ordering" Clearly customer service is not her strong suit and should find another employment opportunity. That's not how you talk to customers. Zero empathy. I will be taking my business elsewhere"
