"We had a fantastic experience with JW Hanson Heating and Air. Our heater stopped working out of the blue a week or so ago. We initially had had out another heater company who immediately told us it wasn't fixable and the only option was a new heater and ducting (an absolute minimum cost of $8,000). We had JW staff out for a second opinion, the serviceman was prompt, professional and set to work right away. It took him a half an hour to diagnose and with a $150 part we were up running! When it does come time to replace the heater someday, we'll definitely be using JW Hanson Heating and Cooling."

"I will add to the reviews saying they don't care about their customers. Apparently there have been a number of HVAC companies in our area retiring or moving, so for the moment there is plenty of work, so they feel they don't have to care about repeat business. I have used this company for 8 years spending thousands of dollars on a radiant heating system which they replaced, serviced and repaired. About 2 years ago, I had them service 3 minisplit AC/Heat units in other buildings on our property. A couple of months ago, I started getting complaints about one that was in a room we use as an "Airbnb". I didn't have a good feeling about the person from Hanson who did this service, so I called a different company to come out and see what was wrong. They found a completely clogged wheel that had 5+ years of dirt in it according to technician (which was when I had previously serviced it). I have attached a video that the technician at Adam's Heating and Cooling made for me. As I mentioned, it was an Airbnb, so had been empty for at least a year of the 2 years since Hanson had done service due to COVID. I contacted Will to ask that he have someone come and check the other 2 supposedly serviced units as I was worried they were probably clogged too and could be dangerous (I didn't ask for a refund for previous service or reimbursement for the $310 it cost to re-service this unit. He basically laughed in my face and told me I was ridiculous for thinking he would stand by service that was 2 years old. I was dumbfounded. He was basically calling me a liar. My husband and I own a large property with many "moving parts" and I have different service people out here almost weekly, and I have NEVER EVER experienced service this atrocious. DO not give these people your business."
