"I changed my tires last month in Daly City wheel work’s location since than my car was shifting left side. And I had to come here 3 times alignment here and still shifting left not aligned yet. I am really disappointed with the quality of service. Now i am posting this while I am doing for 4th time alignment service for my car. How this time got aligned after service."
"I had a 10AM appointment on Friday 3/1. They told me it would be a FIVE HOUR WAIT! I allowed two hours which I thought would be ample considering I had a RESERVATION! I told them I couldn't wait that long and they said I should come back on Sunday at 2:00. I did. It took them over two hours. The service is dreadful. The parking is non-existent. Non-existent! I was supposed to have them do my next set of tires sent here from TireRack. I cancelled that and I left a very unfavorable review on TireRack. Hire more people. And for God's sake, get reserved parking spaces for WW customers. Unreal."
"I called to make a tire repair appointment (nail in tire). They said they couldn't take me until the following day at 3 pm. I scheduled the appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. I checked in, gave them my tire/wheel lock, and they said they would call me. After walking around for 50 minutes, I returned to see my car untouched. What's the point of an appointment!! The communication is poor. I didn't get the feeling they care about providing good customer service. Bad business model; I would never return. However, I could have asked them how long the repair would take and when to return (I did not)."
"I wouldnt even give 1 star if I didnt have to. Made an appointment for 1 p.m. for an oil change and an alignment. Dropped off before 1 p.m. Went back to check at 4:30 p.m. and my car still sitting in the same spot. Nothing was done. What is the point of making an appointment for a simple oil change and alignment? Business isn't managed well if you can't service cars. I would NOT recommend this place."
"This place is plagued by terrible employees. They have no sense of professionalism and lack the basic common sense of scheduling or managing the business. The attitude of the employees here is as if they are doing you a favor and fixing your car for free. 0/5 stars is more appropriate."
