"These guys are worst service provider you can ever deal with them more than month pass. Still waiting on parts turn out they never submitted a report to a first American home warranty and when you call them you will end up talking to a rudest person feel like also living in strange personal life problems Forcefully to work at there to answer a customer call. These guys are professional people don’t care about any service and ethics. I don’t recommend these at all looking at reviews from other customers I feel like everybody had the same issues with these Contractor."

"Had these guys replace an icemaker in a Thermador refrigerator. It failed again within a year. They offer no warranty, just the same $165 to come out and diagnose and then come back later and replace the unit for $650. Bad experience, terrible value, I don't know why people can't stand behind their work."

"Big guys appliance is a disaster. They were the third-party vendor for Fidelity insurance. They came out and did the diagnosis and then lied to me over the next three months about the part being ordered and in actuality it had not been. I spoke with Fidelity and they are fielding numerous complaints about this company. Do not use, do not go near, do not consider their services as they will give you the runaround like myself, and so many other people. Just got this reply from Big Guys so editing this review: “Thank you for your wonderful words. We are third-party vendor for Fidelity National home warranty and we do everything in our power to get your appliance. Fix an operating in a timely manner. It is not big guy’s responsibility to approve repairs that Fidelity needs to approve on if they lose it in their system it is also not big guy’s responsibility. Also, Fidelity declines your claim doesn’t mean you have to leave a negative review for us because of missing parts or etc.Thank you“ No need for a defensive and baseless response. Fidelity did not decline the claim. You sent the authorization request to them 3 months after diagnosing the problem (during those 3 months I called you numerous times only to be told the part was on back order). The part was not on back order as you just sent the authorization request after 3 months. So no, you did not do everything in your power to assist. It’s been months without a functioning stove. And BTW, you can get the part on Amazon so not buying the back order excuse either. Filing with the BBB for what appears to be a consistent problem with your company based on other reviews."
