"Failed to do a proper alignment. Said a bolt was “stuck” but I took it to another shop the same day and the bolt came off with ease. I was charged the full amount for an incomplete job. Had to pay for another alignment which sucked. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were not rude about it. I will not be returning here."
"As always Pacific tires has taken good care of my car. I stopped off to mention a squeak I heard in backing up the car, and they told me I needed new front brakes. I was able to leave the car so they could work on it in the morning and it was finished by noon. I was pleased that they could take care of me right away since brakes are required if you want to drive your car. And they always do a good job at a reasonable price."
