"My experience at PBK was terrific. We walked in at 4:15 last Friday and was warmly greeted by the front desk. We were looking for 2 replacement parts (different brands and fixtures) that 2 plumbers had difficulty finding. A big shout out for Tracey Schafer... she researched both and was able to find them for us. One she was able to get covered by the manufacturer which was great as the plumber wanted to charge us $450 for the part. We will be adding a bath and bar in an upcoming project and we will definitely back for fixtures and appliances. Tracey was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have a very positive experience at PBK. Thank you!"

"Great display of all the things you want to see for kitchen and bath, including some lights. Nice that they have a working shower display to get a sense of the spray patterns, but only a few so not tremendously helpful. Downside is that they weren't very helpful or knowledgeable of the products. We were focused on a brand our plumber recommended, but other than looking on line they didn't know much about the options. Pricing wasn't great either. Ended up looking at the brand's website myself, then calling their customer service number which was very helpful and knowledgeable, then finding what we wanted for much less than the quote from Premier. As a result we avoided some mistakes, upgraded some components, and still came in well under the total cost they quoted."

"My partner and I walked in and were completely ignored. The woman in front was on her phone. The man behind the desk looked at us as we were looking at a shower display and also completely ignored us. Not one offer of help or a word of recognition. I need to remodel a kitchen and two bathrooms, but this place will not be getting any of my business and you bet I will tell anyone of my experience. I had been in just one time before and was also ignored. As we were leaving the woman finally looked away from her phone to say goodbye. Lol"

"As my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by a rather unpleasant woman at the front desk. She reminded us quite snorkely that they would be closing veary soon Store hours are 9-5 it was 4:45. The entire time we were in the showroom. Not a single other sales rep would even look at us. We did have questions about faucets. The showroom is quite lovely with many options. It's a shame that they do not take customer service more seriously. The showroom was beautiful and spotless. I recommend this place if you want to come in and see something in person then find a better price on the internet. As we we're looking to spend a significant amount of money remodeling our kitchen."
