Jack in the Box

"Dining room was open but looked closed. Took a very long time for anyone to acknowledge there were two people at the counter. Took a long time to pick up my mobile order after employee noticed."

"6 out of ten times I've gone to this place, the order is missing an item or seems to me like the food is not fresh at some points I've gotten charge for a hamburger that I didn't receive all I gotta say is make sure they give you what you paid for.. Good quality food"

"This isn't John Ash, so let's not get carried away, but as far as Jack in the Boxes go, this one is great! The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff are always polite and attentive. I go in the we hours of the morning on my way to work and I love that I can always grab a hot bite at 3:00am. My only complaint is that sometimes the coffee is stale and Luke warm. Like it's been sitting in a thermos all night. All-in-all, though, I'm a big fan!"

"I realize that Jack in the Box is fast food. However, this is one of the worst ones. The service was really bad! My husband had to continuously repeat the order. When we got the food, we asked for sauces, for which the server told us he had none (they were in plain sight on the counter). Lastly, while eating my food, I bit something that was not good, it was rotten. I ended up stopping on the side of the road to spit out the food and throw up. We didn't even bother to go back because the service was so bad already, I don't think they would have cared. Just avoid this fast food spot."

"I was in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES! I was understanding at the beginning because I understand it was a Friday night and drive thrus can be busy. BUT when I got to the window, all the employees were messing around. The floor was disgusting and the milk shake machine was disgusting. You could tell they drop things and pick them up right away and probably put it into your food bag. The place is not clean at all. McDonald’s and KFC are cleaner than this. Yes it’s fast food and what do you expect, but it’s disgusting in the restaurant. Not clean at all."
