"Port of Subs has been my jam for over 30 years, I live really close by it and have watched it change ownerships over the years. The folks there now are awesome, they are kind, the food is really good and they do it right in front of you so you know it's fresh. And everything is clean and the place, while small, is welcoming and chill. If I had just one complaint, it would be that they go a little light with the meat... which the previous owner long ago did the opposite of. And, it is a little more pricey as of late than it used to be, but everything is... and you get what you pay for. I will finish this by saying that Port of Subs beats the hell out of Subway in every way possible."

"Called in to order. The woman that answered had a problem getting my order correct. There seemed to be a language barrier and I asked her to speak with someone else. She said no I had to talk to her. Never did get the order. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. Terrible customer service. I drove to port of subs and asked to talk to manager. She said she was the manager and the owner. I told her she treats her customers terrible. She did not want to serve me. I gladly left. I’ve been in there many times and never encountered this person. She could not get my sandwich order correct over the phone. I won’t go back again. Terrible customer service."
