"I only came in because I had a coupon code and was ignored for 10 minutes before someone finally came over and got our order wrong anyway. They don't have any napkins or sauce for you to grab on your own, the soda machine was mislabeled and there were cobwebs hanging from the iced tea dispenser."

"Not recommended place. I went to this place only three times in my entire life, all the three times this location gave me bad customer experience I ever had. I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans in veggie chalupa’s . we simply requested if they can make chalupa without beans, they affirmed it but once we got our meal, those chalupa’s literally had few shredded cabbage without topping. They didn’t offer any sauce or napkins. This pissed me off . This is rude because I am vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat beans , so you can give whatever you can. You people even serve best food to your pets but for humans your services are disgusting . If you can’t make choices in food don’t take order simply tell the customer that it is beyond their menu. It doesn’t hurt but the services you offer not good for business. I generally respect all the workers who works at fast food restaurants but these teens work at Taco Bell doesn’t respect their customers. They were laughing at me when I requested for veggie chalupa, there is nothing to laugh at. Disgusting…"

"Tried to overcharge me by almost 4 dollars, and when I asked about why a 10$ item was nearly 14 dollars, the clerk just shrugged and said tax was 4 dollars. I checked the screen and she had rung up a 12.99$ item, which after tax was nearly 14 dollars. Blatant lying isn't cool, nor is being that careless enough not to see a mistake. I was friendly, smiled the entire time, however left without my food when my complaint was disregarded completely. I think I'm just done with Taco bell, which is a shame since its my favorite fast-food joint when I want to grab something fast. Thanks."

"I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and the issue is the service. 5 people behind the counter but only one person prepping food, yet you can only order from kiosk. Customer in front of me waited 10 minutes, then they said they never got his order. I waited that long for a simple bean burrito. They were not busy, not sure what the hold up was but the service is always slow and unwelcoming. Better to go to another site for the good fast food.Also some of the drink choices, like Pepsi sugar free (which is different than diet) available on menu are not available at the self serve. Everything, salsa, napkins, straws, is behind the counter, so you have to get someone's attention for the things they forget to give you."
