"BEWARE: This not a General Insurance agent, they are a broker. I recently called this company as a 3rd party claimant (one of their customers hit me). I called on Tuesday and was told I would be contacted by The General by Friday. I called the agent back on Friday as instructed by them since I hadn't heard anything. They were highly annoyed and rude. They directed me to call the insurance company for them. Amanda hung up on me after I told her that was her job, like literally the entire function of an agent. When calling back, I spoke with someone named John, who claimed to own the agency. He too was belligerent and offered zero help, in fact giving me a wrong phone number to make the claim. These people are shady as hell. It's probably cheap, but that doesn't mean they should offer sub-standard service. I'm only giving them a one because you have to."
