"We waited 32 minutes for our two drinks even tho we ordered ahead. A lot of people are pissed because they aren’t getting their drinks. They ran out of a lot of ingredients and it happens often, whoever is doing stock inventory needs to do better. A lot of people waiting like 30 minutes just to be told they ran out of the stuff for their drinks. They can’t manage their mobile orders or in person orders well. There is no reason for us to wait so long since we ordered ahead of time. It can be so packed sometimes. A lot of people just over spend their welcome doing nothing in the Starbucks.including a bunch of kids. Update I just went in 7/25 this is how full they made my matcha this is ridiculous"
