"Hands down, the worst haircut I have ever received. Heather Fulbright was my stylist. Heather completely ignored the direction I gave her for what I wanted. Every haircut I get at Scout's usually ends with the straight razor on the neck. I had to request this from her. She then scraped my neck extremely hard, leaving me with razor burn. My neck the day after is pictured below. Nearly every time I come to Scouts, it is a hit or miss experience. Usually with the lower tier stylists. Even with the lower tier stylist, I am still paying nearly $40 dollars for a haircut with tip and receive a below average haircut. Very disappointed and upset with my experience."

"I’ve had multiple great haircuts at the east nash location. Went to German town for the first time the other day and may have gotten one of the worst haircuts of my life. The lady cutting it clearly did not want to be there and I felt like she rushed everything. Ended up having to fix some things myself after. Avoid the German town location."

"I have now gotten 3 haircuts from the Germantown location since moving here last summer. The first two were great! However, today was without a doubt the worst haircut I have ever had. The girl looked as if she would rather be anywhere else, it was uneven, not what I asked for (gave verbal and a photo of what I normally get), and much shorter than normal. My first two experiences make me want to try again, but after today, I am unsure"

"Alex Bizzoco is kind, detail oriented, and focused! I’d never had my hair done by her before tonight and she knocked it out of the park. Took her time, was very deliberate, and very professional. I got bangs, a trim, and long layers and she did a fantastic job. Will definitely be returning to Alex for trims and upkeep. Thank you Alex and Scout’s!"

"I emailed 2xs post haircut then 1 week later and NEVER had a reply or acknowledgement. I got lucky choosing Trinity (1st time) but she canceled that day. I randomly chose another (brunette) the WORST haircut ever. Her demeanor was terrible, never asked me a question, or talked (which is fine). I wanted to leave before the initial clipper swipe. First swipe WAY too high up but at that point, what to do!? Then pulls out massive scissors used in elementary school, knew i was in trouble and stewing. She may have passed hair school but she is NOT ready. She needs to be mentored and candidly question herself if working in a people environment is best for her career. No naming but SCOUT you can see who it was. She could have just followed the lines from the previous cut 3 weeks earlier (101). I will NEVER go back not because I got massively unlucky, but because SCOUT never replied to two emails. Be better. UPDATE: I mistakenly posted this review for the Franklin location talked with their Mgr. Great chat and I appreciated the call. Owners, you need to re-evaluate your CRM/POS system. Its garbage and be as good as you local Manager in follow up. This isn't a 5000 employee corporation."
