I mobile ordered my drink so it was probably out for a few minutes and I’m not sure if it was put in my drink or if it fell in while my drink was being made. Regardless, it’s still gross to find articles in a drink that don’t belong."

"Friendly staff, great location but too crowded in the mornings. Be prepared to waiting 10-15 mins or more depending on the rush. This location has lots of available parking too."

"Located in a busy plaza with many parking spaces available, this franchise location offers spacious seatings, relatively clean facility including restroom (one of which is closed). Service was hit or miss, with staff neither rude nor welcoming--probably due to the hectic, high foot traffics. The biggest drawback/annoyance (rare stars deduction!) here is the absence of wifi, understandably as a result of customers' complaints about the prevalent homelessness and public disturbances in the heart of east SJ "hoodz" that congregate around and use the store's resources. Unfortunately, it also discourage students, techies like me and remote workers from enjoying the cafe life that's much needed in this desert of an area devoid of any cultural or social happenings. Touche, the convenient location and excellent store layout would have been outstanding qualities."
