"Went to pick up coffee real quick. Walked in & no one acknowledged us. A few other customers were in the lobby as well waiting on their drinks. The place was so dirty. Coffee all over the counters, wrappers, dirty dishes, clothes the entire work area behind register. Staff was extremely slow. Not friendly at all. Supervisor looked a mess. His hair was long & messy, just looked dirty. We waited 9 mins for our drinks. No apology just that they had a lot of mobile orders they had to do first. Terrible experience."
