Overheard them saying to another staff, 'Seriously, come to Starbucks for water?' This unprofessional attitude left me upset. It's important for the management to address such service behaviors, as customers expect courtesy even when making simple requests alongside their purchases."

"People after me in line ordered the same thing as I did and got their orders first. Made me wait 15 more minutes just for a tall iced coffee. Total wait time just for an ices coffee: 18 minutes. The one star was for the barista working the cash register who was very friendly."

"The service is bad. They misplaced our orders and then shorted a drink. When I ordered my drink they wanted to give me another customer's drink which they also ordered wrong. I told them my order is different from the other one, so they said we will add your toppings for you. It was a complete mess in placing orders, it tasted bad, and the workers were not in the mood to work. This branch disappointed me in Starbucks and was not the usual service nor the expected taste. From our entry to our exit the order delivery table was dirty and smelled bad and not one of the staff cleaned."
