"This is by far the loudest Starbucks ever. I feel like walking into a rave party. The baristas there really crank it up. Perhaps it's a way to discourage people from hanging out for long period of time."

"Came in today and felt that my friend and I were treated rudely. We stood there in front of the barista waiting for her to finish chatting with the other one. Then, my friend wanted to get his birthday drink today but never signed up for the rewards program until the day of. We didn't realize you couldn't get the reward if you signed up the day of, and that's fine. But, the way the barista clarified it felt a little rude. She remarked, "Ummm, you need to be a little bit earlier on that." Yet, she didn't tell us how much time you have to sign up before your birthday. Then, when we ordered our drinks, her reaction came off judgmental about my drink order. It was just a regular iced latte with no substitutions or anything. I didn't understand why their attitude had to be like that."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They have 2 people working yet only one of them is making drinks for like 10 people while the other employee is not doing anything. What a horrible Starbucks!! I waited 20 minutes for my drink and just left without it cause it was that bad. Find the next Starbucks that’s probably 10 minutes away with much better service. What a waste."

"I had a terrible experience with this store. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't close to my workplace. Today was exceptionally bad. They advertised free multi-purpose mugs for orders of their specified coffee, but when I ordered the Vt pep mint for $6.95 at 10 AM and asked for the free mug, the staff impatiently claimed they ran out, which is absurd considering they only open at 8 AM today. This incident has left me with a negative impression of this place, and it also affects my view of Starbucks, even though this coffee shop is not the only one around."
