"I order a pizza on DoorDash. I wrote it NO bacon and the add bacon I threw the pizza"

"I have been a loyal customer for years but this last time.This all started 8:13pm I called my order in for pickup i got thier at 8:25pm paid for said order them waited until 8:55pm had finally walked up to counter it was a ghost town nobody in sight but the guy making pizza's the owners or managers had walked buy with food for their dinner I guess and took to banquet area that's when everyone disappeared they seem me at the counter no help I got the guy making pizza's attention by ring the bell he was no help he didn't know what to do about my pizza so rather than helping me he goes back to making pizza's I guess he couldn't ask anybody because they were too busy eating ? So I was finally able to ask 1of the delivery ladies were my pizza was and how I have been waiting for some time she asked the guy making pizza's no help from him then she figured it out it was in the pick-up window on the warmer. Thanks too her i finally got my pizza ! I guess it was too hard for the guy making pizza to turn around and try to find my pizza and for the rest of the managers and staff to provide customer service when it's time for them to eat. Well I didn't get the pizza until 9:10pm after all of that I couldn't even eat because a simple thing made harder then ordering and paying and picking had to go on for more than 45min . Because staff was too busy. Pizza was cold I was not going to have them remake it nobody to ask no compensation for the wait ? Just want to say thank you to the delivery person who helped she stepped up when nobody else could."

"I had Gluten Free crust! Very good crispy edges and only comes in small! Big enough for me! I had to take some home! Salad was fresh and the dressing was good"

"This has to be the worst Mountain Mike’s. I ordered for pick up. Got there early still waited 30 minutes pizza was cold and hard as a rock, wings were barely sauced and cheese bread burnt when asked for manager the lady said they left. When asked for corporate office to complain the person upfront said they don’t know it. I called store when I got home and put on hold then they hung up."
