"The counter to pickup orders was dirty and they were processing food items open to public access. The barista seemed finished with orders and started cleaning up while I stood there in the order pickup area. No awareness that I was there or question if I needed something. When I asked about my drink. My order had been lost. Fair but I had to imitate looking for my drink."

"It’s a Starbucks so the food and drink are standard, nothing wrong there. This one specifically is one I will avoid in the future however. There are always tons of staff, and my last visit was no different, yet I stood at the register for 5 minutes with no one else in line until someone even spoke to me and even then it wasn’t very pleasant. The only people in here working hard was the one person manning the the pick up counter and one person drying and cleaning-off the outdoor tables, the same can’t be said of everyone else (of which there was no shortage of). It seems to be the one Starbucks in this area that has consistent problems and it’s a shame because it’s a convenient location."
