"This place sucks you can’t sit down. There’s plenty of space in the restaurant, but they won’t leave out any chairs. Is the coffee good? Maybe, but I won’t know because I sit down when I buy coffee"

"Not even a 1 star, the worker with red hair and braces is rude ,she always stairs at me and rolls her eyes like a twelve year old. If she's doing that to me she's doing to others. She needs to be fired. Very unprofessional habit."

"Came here to grab a quick coffee and use the restroom. Ordered a drink for a friend and the cashier didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I ended up with the wrong drink for my friend. Half the store is taped off with an empty area where there should have been seating. To top it off, they won't even let their customers use the bathroom. I didn't think I was at the Starbucks in San Francisco. I'd happily drive 10 more minutes to find a better location."

"One of the staff members with teal hair do not have any sense of how to treat their customers. I ordered a drink at this Starbucks and wanted a stick to stir my drink. I saw that the staff was busy and the sticks were close by so I tried to grab one by myself. When that guy saw me, he literally yelled at me in front of everyone saying that I was not allowed to touch it. He also yelled at me asking if I could not see what was written in front of me (It was something like "Don't touch and ask staff to get what you want"). I said sorry and left but it felt really insulting as everyone in the Starbucks was looking at me. They could have said the same thing in a respectful manner. I don't like visiting this Starbucks after this incident. Please teach your staff to treat customers properly!"

"Conveniently located Starbucks located in San Pedro Square. Decent amount of seating inside but no outdoor seating that I saw. The coffee is always good. The service was great here, they’re really friendly and fast. Ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso with Toasted Vanilla Oat milk! Perfect spot if you want to grab coffee before walking over to the SAP Center for an event!"
