"I go to Starbucks for the rich, full body coffee produced using their drip coffee makers where the water percolates slowly through the basket and picks up lots of flavor. This Starbucks just switched to a single cup brewing machine that grinds beans and forces hot water quickly through the grounds one cup at a time. Not only does this slow down counter service, but the resulting coffee lacks the full flavor and aroma of the original brewing method. I won't be getting coffee there any more."

"Paid in cash for a Vanilla Bean Cream with Soy Milk, waited 10 mins. Asked if it was ready and found out they didnt start on the drink or even realized there was an order to make. The place is clean inside but the service was terribly executed. Listen to the other reviews."

"This is the worst Starbucks ever. I put in a mobile order and still had to wait 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. All while orders that were put in after mine were being completed. Then I went and asked about it and she said I had 2 drinks in front of me and still had to wait 10 more minutes while at least 5 people got their orders this is ridiculous! 5 people working it the store but only 2people making drinks."

"Very disappointed ordered my drink 20 minute wait and still didn’t get my drink. The lobby was empty and the people there were taking their sweet time they even had their own drinks on the bar taking sips which I know is wrong. what if he gets confused with another drink and hands his off? Went and got a refund insted"

"Looks like they don't want you to sit inside or out here. All chairs and tables were removed. Although they had enough staff but turn around for food was slow. Staff was pleasant."
