"I often visit this Starbucks branch to grab my mobile order because it's only 5 minnutes away from my work, and I have been happy by the prompt service and friendly staff so far. My usual go-to is iced white chocolate mocha and this location always prepare my drinks perfectly. It has been always enjoyable every sip I have had. There were several times I attempted to customize the drink but they all came out worse than the original recipe. So I stopped trying to customize that drink since then, just go with their recipe to be safe. I don't want to waste money for the trash I make myself lol. Parking is super easy. The store ambiance is just okay, not as impressive as some other locations I've visited before."
"Ester a bigger girl who works here is extremely rude I witness her tell a deaf man to enlarge his text in order for her to “read” his order and he struggled to do soo she then gave me attitude cause we were waiting at the door after they were supposed to be opened. Not my fault your lagging ester don’t be taking your attitude out on innocent customers I’m giving you 1 star cause I can’t do less I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location as long as your there! A smile can go a long way even in the tough moments!"
