"The atmosphere seemed good when I walked in, then toxic after since the heavier set female glances over at me every 2 two minutes with a look of disgust as she makes drinks she turned up the AC I am young clean well dressed female who is not bothering anyone with my physical appearance This made me feel really uncomfortable I believe this is one of many toxic tactics organized criminals use to conduct dirty practices at their job. Also a man who wears glasses looks like he is directing the toxic environment and told the other employee to make the air cooler. The stare of intimidation and turns up the AC manager maybe needs to be retrained or demoted for not considering"

"Ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato 3/4 of the cup was filled with ice Returned asked to remove the ice The barista decided to remove the whole ice and pour milk make the drink taste like a cold milk. Called customer service no refund and instead asking me to go for the third time asking them to remake What do you think about customers ? We have a free time to go in and out of Starbucks and beg them to keep making the drink worse and worse ??? Definitely last time to go to any Starbucks store Zero customer service Zero knowledge knowing how to follow what customer is asking"

"I used to go here often since it's convenient and always order the same thing: nitro cold brew. The past 10 times (yes, 10 because I forget to not come here when I want Starbucks after telling myself not to come here), I noticed the nitro cold brew is filled with too much head (foam). Essentially, half is coffee and the other half is air. I did ask them to remake it a couple times but it's just a hassle, especially when there is a line of cars behind. After 10 times on different days and times, it cannot be the same person who is filling my drink. Very unlikely..."

"This was not the first time I got something bad at this starbucks location which is why I decided to post a review. It's a covenient location which is why I go. I just took it out the bad strawberry but it's not something I want to get for the amount of money I spend here. Also, I agree with other people's reviews that the staff is very rude."
