"I came in to pick up $35 dollars worth of coffee. I asked to use their restroom and was informed there isn't one for customers. I've never seen that before. If I am buying an $8 coffee for myself along with the other orders I would expect some basic hospitality. Never returned to a sit down place either. They want your money and you out the door as quickly as possible. That's fine for a lot of people but just know that ahead of time. I'm not particularly a fan of Peet's Coffee flavor but they have a location across the street and they were kind enough to let me use their bathroom. Just saying."
"Store does not allow ordering ahead and all inside seating has been removed. The bathroom is closed "to protect public health". As of May 2023, the store is still in disarray with no seating, barricades and boxes strewn about. It really should be closed as it provides customers with a very poor experience. Probably will not visit this store again."
