Starbucks

"I was not impressed with this Starbucks at all. I was the only guess that walked in the door there were four employees working and this did at the cash register for a good 5 minutes before anyone even recognize the fact that I was in the store trying to order. I didn't feel like I was in a Starbucks. It was very stark and no personality to the atmosphere. I actually thought I'd walked into the wrong establishment when I first opened the door it didn't feel like a Starbucks at all. They seem to be more concerned with the drive through then walking customers as mentioned I felt invisible."

"I go there because it's convenient. There's so many homeless people asking for money. They stand right by the drive thru and the front door. I use this place as a last resort. The customer service is amazing though, everyone there is welcoming."

"One of the bigger stores in the area. Nice place to work as they have power outlets everywhere. There are also many eateries nearby. The staff is very good. Pricing is a bit higher compared to some other Starbucks."

"MAN STOP HERE. THIS WAS THE BEST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE IVE HAD EVER!!!! 3:20 PM turned out to be an amazing time with no wait , I placed my mobile order for 2 drinks 1 green tea and my usual toffee nut and creme Frappuccino [I modify other drinks to make mine] and this staff went above and beyond anything I've gotten or expected from a Starbucks. Not to mention it was sitting already waiting before my 3:29 return time. When I say I squealed when I saw my drink I mean it the staff literally stopped to stare at me lol , but it was just an amazing looking drink and experience."

"I have never been disappointed with Starbucks as bad as this location. The bathroom was filty is an understatement...I asked one of the staff to restock the toilet paper and she throws a roll on the floor and sticks another between the handrail...disgusting. My cup was covered with caramel drizzle residue that I couldn't even hold it in my hands without having syrup covered hands. Yes, I asked for less then light caramel drizzle. The staff members seemed annoyed and frustrated with customers. I normally don't have issues using the drive thru but the one time I go inside was a huge let down. Everyone stick with drive thru and you'll have a decent experience."
