"I asked for 1 coffee with milk. 7 people who ordered fancy drinks after me were given their drinks before me. WORST service by Raquel. When I asked that I ordered coffee she said in a totally rude way that it is coming out. The attitude was something to behold. I have been coming here for 5 years but never experienced this. With people like her manning the store I am Never coming back here again. 20 min for coffee with milk - what a joke."

"No acknowledgements, no greetings, instead they even give you a look sometimes when you come in & order. They do NOT call your name for mobile orders so you have to go check the name on every cup they make. Out of the not so friendly employees, Jennifer is really bad that she seem to hate her job. She will make a mistake and just take the coffee back, doesn’t say sorry, no nothing. Bottom line, it’s just not the attitude you expect from starbucks (or any coffee place), and if you’re trying to start your day right, I don’t recommend you get coffee from here."

"Came for Veteran’s Day coffee, asked if they are offering the complimentary coffee… I know they do. Staff quickly said no without checking. It’s quite irritating because it says it on my app. It’s not about the free coffee, it’s about how incompetent the staff is. Without checking, quickly answered no. It’s embarrassing on their part. Won’t be going back here."

"I was not asked about the size of the drink and was charged the largest/most expensive option. One hour before the closing time baristas turned on extremely loud and inappropriate rap music which I could clearly hear wearing noise canceling headphones, one person started mopping an hour before the closing time and the mop was so stinky I couldn’t finish my drink. After the floor cleaning process was completed the whole premise had a very bad smell of an old mop. It was clear they didn’t want any customers in and were trying to leave me out of the building. The view is good but the behavior is not appropriate."
