"The worst Starbucks In town, I have to get a gift card credit 3 times. since I’ve stayed nearby they were the closest one to me, this is not a busy location, 5 associates working in the morning with 0 mobile order on the counter I waited 15 minutes and when asked about my drink they have not even started it, happened on repeat, Santa Clara square is 3 times as busy with same staff in the morning waited less than 5 minutes."
"they forgot to process my order and then they told me I didn't order. It's really easy if you see the POS if I really didn't pay for this product. it's all your mistake but you never apologized you wasted my 20 mins for such a simple order in the morning. Thank you for being so rude."
