"The store was clearly understaffed, despite this the staff was polite and the drinks came out quickly and made properly. I didn't catch the name of the barista who rung us up bit she was extremely polite. The store was also clean and well maintained given how busy it was."

"Today is Veterans Day and Starbucks is offering free coffee for all the military. The old man in the counter was very rude to my husband who is a veteran. This happened around 8am today. He said “you’re not a veteran” even though he showed 2 ids stating so. And then he said “that’s fake”. He eventually gave the coffee but that is just plain disrespectful and very rude to say."

"I recently visited this Starbucks store and was disappointed with my experience. I requested no ice in my drink but was disappointed to find that my cup was not filled to the top. I understand that the no ice request may leave some extra room in the cup, but there was a noticeable difference in the amount of liquid compared to a standard drink. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect consistent quality and attention to detail in my drinks. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to filling cups to the top in the future to ensure customer satisfaction."

"I ordered two large caramel frappucinos and they gave me two small ones. They told me they thought I meant to say "tall." They offered me to replaced them but I was pressed on time. Other than that, I think the service was fine."
