Starbucks

"I've been in the food service industry since 1993. One of the many things that seem to hold true is when you walk into a place with a consistently disgusting bathroom, you find that not much else is actually cleaned. Over an extended period of time the bathroom and dining area seem neglected. You mention something and no one is quick to help or even seem concerned. The soap dispenser has been empty for 3 days, the toilet gross, the sink looks like it's been years since a sponge or cleaner have touched it. The walls have a white scum all over them. The tables are never clean. The service is ok, the drinks are drinks, but the condition of their public areas makes me wonder what the I side of their ice machine looks like (how much mold) every time I take a sip. I'm going to provide pictures, you can see yourself. Day number 4, still no soap in bathroom, now a roll of toilet paper I'd being kicked around on the floor, and nothing is cleaner than it was yesterday."

"This starbucks has the worst service from all other locations we have been to. We placed a mobile order of two drinks, and asked to get puppuccino for our dogs when we retrieved the order. It took only 10 seconds to fill two cups of puppuccino, but the barista asked us to get back to the order line to get them, and she insisted it. Fine, no biggie, we went to wait in the line for it. 10 minutes later, it was our turn, but the cashier told us they were already out of cream, so no puppuccino for us!!! We were like why they still told us to wait in line when there’s no cream already? They said nothing, they didn’t want to respond to us, not even an apology for wasting our time. Alright, huge disappointment for this kind of service. We will l not visit this location anymore."

"Starbucks is a brand that I have liked for a long time, before I drank a lot of coffee. Now stop the caffeine and I prefer teas, especially matcha. They make it delicious there. That's why every time I go to Santana Row - we live 2 minutes away - I ask for one. The bathrooms are clean and Wi-Fi strong and there is a terrace to enjoy the outdoors in this chic area. The best thing about this place is the staff, active professional and very friendly people. I highly recommend this Starbucks for a cool break."

"A starbucks is comfortable anywhere in the world. Staff here are friendly and happy to help. The drink I ordered came quickly. Not much else to say with these types of franchises apart from it was clean. The bathroom could however use a renovation. Quite old and run down compared to the rest of the building. I did enjoy that they had a recycle/compost bins. I hope they are used properly."

"Service was good.5 stars I ordered a decaf peppermint mocha with 1/2 the sugar. Wifey ordered a no foam latte. Flavor profile of my drink, I think water describes it best, with a peppermint flavor. 2 stars tops. Wifey's drink tasted like burnt grinds 1 star. We both ended up tossing 1/2 our coffee. I think I'll just stick to the caramel Frappuccinos. And get real coffee at their competitors."
