"I order ubereats, and they didn't care about my concern or anything, they give the food to somebody else and they gotta for free. Then if they care me as a customer, they can care about me, I'm thinking about business. That's a good involved and involved this scam going on they're scamming, I didn't care about customers. They kept my money and business only but didn't they care me? I call them and they didn't care about me. They told me call customer service for the problem they had. It's their fault. I blame him for what they did to me. Cause me a $100. My food and they say well. Talk to the driver. It's not responsibility if you forget stolen. Yes, that's the responsibility. In addition to being business, shut them down."

"Currently traveling for work a day longer than I expected and/or wanted. BIG meeting in San Ramon tomorrow that I learned today I must attend. Found a hotel close to the head shed for corporate and there just happened to be a Black Bear Diner in the same parking lot. Now as a back story, I've only been to a Black Bear Diner once before and the portions were way too big for a oil and gas gypsy like me who's in a hotel - you could have another meal easily from a single entrée. This time I made a late lunch of their $9.99 2 eggs, sausage and french toast. It was awesome. The service was great and I enjoyed it so much, I committed to returning for dinner. Fast fwd a couple hours, I returned for a late meal of a house salad and a grilled chicken breast and a raspberry ice tea! Again it was exactly what I wanted and recieved no push back from my ala carte ordering by the very accomidating Ms. Nodia. If your in Danville, stop by this extremely popular place."

"Normally I'm quite fond of Black Bear Diner, but today (Thanksgiving 2023), they were entirely out of green beans and pumpkin cheesecake, and both my prime rib and my mashed potatoes were fully cold when they arrived at the table. As it was only an hour before the restaurant would close, and because I did not want to complain to the waiter or cook, I simply ate my dinner in dissatisfaction. Despite this unhappy experience, I hold no ill will to the chain or that particular restaurant, and I'm sure I'll eat at Black Bear again."
